The sale is going to include everything above. I will also assist the new owners in changing the billing accounts and order forms to reflect their own information, delete or add payment forms etc. all sites scripts, databases etc. will be delivered complete, intact and working. I will be available on a limited basis for consultation/training for 30 days after the sale. By then, you should know what's going on. You may leave the sites on this server (you pay hosting) or you may move them if you wish. If you choose to move them I will give you access to the files and databases but I will not move them for you. It does not include feeder traffic. I own much of this traffic on my sites, which I will redirect to other places. If you want to buy some starter traffic, I will sell you a million or 5 million or whatever near cost. I will give you my contacts and other traffic sources. You will also have my ICQ number, which, somewhere around a thousand webmasters have in their list. (You won't have the ICQ contact list though until people message you due to privacy reasons). The cost of this package is far less that the amount of the credit cards processed for one year. That sale price valuation does not include the thousands and thousands of dollars that I've made from Epassporte Payments, Paypal, Moneybookers, Western Union, Yahoo Paydirect or bank wires. It is ONLY based on credit card processing amount. When serious people are interested then we will start negotiations with the signing of a non-disclosure agreement and I will show you my cost-price basis against my credit card processing. You will also be able to see the basically non-existent chargeback ratio that this program maintains. When you buy this portfolio, you are buying active webmasters who have bought from me repeatedly and some have spent thousands of dollars each. You are also buying a customer base which includes some of the largest TGPs on the Internet. I will require you to maintain client confidentially as I currently do. This is just good business and it's in everyone's best interest. Complete, clean, client Email database included. |
